**Position Overview**:
**Your Impact**
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Specialist Products business across APJ, aligning with SolarWinds' broader goals.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Specialist Products Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Development: Identify growth opportunities within the APJ region, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to capture market share.
- Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their success with SolarWinds products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to the APJ Managing Director, ensuring transparency and proactive planning.
- People-First Culture: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive team environment that prioritizes employee development, engagement, and well-being.
Qualifications:
**Your Experience**:

- A minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT or software industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in APJ markets is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Results-oriented: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the APJ region's business and cultural dynamics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and value.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
