**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Overview: We are hiring a Compliance Assistant to keep us up to date with the policies related to Kids advertising. This person will also be in charge of agreement templates, certifications and all legal documents of our business.

**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
- Kids advertising and privacy updates in the APAC region and globally

+ Stay up to date and communicate to key stakeholders
- Compliance training material maintenance and updates

+ Keep kid-safe decks and training material up to date

+ Develop online learning course

+ Re-launch training as a self-serve online training module
- Certifications
- Update and maintain all agreement templates
- First review of all external legal documents
- Any other compliance/legal tasks

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

- 1-3 years of experience in a regional compliance/legal role.
- Good English, written and spoken
- Good research skill
- Great attention to detail
- Professionalism regarding time, deadlines
