Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

At Bot MD, we believe in building products that delight our clinical users. We are looking for a rockstar Sr Product Manager to join our growing team to help us scale our Bot MD Care platform to reach more hospitals and clinics around the world. Bot MD Care uses our A.I. to power popular chat platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Viber to automate patient workflows like monitoring, education and engagement.

In this role, you will lead the strategy and product direction for Bot MD Care. You will partner alongside our founders, design and engineering team to create and execute the product roadmap to build a scalable and reliable platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Bot MD Care to create a highly scalable platform that will reach more doctors and nurses around the world
- Lead and manage the product development process including sprint planning and product roadmap prioritization and execution
- Ensure that we build delightful user experiences within the Bot MD Care platform
- Identify customer needs, business opportunities through a combination of research and feedback from customers as well as cross-functional teammates

**Required Skills**:

- 6+ years of experience leading major product initiatives in the healthcare or tech industry preferably products from zero to one
- Demonstrated a passion and love for building software products and platforms that scale
- Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of experiments and larger features
- Proven ability to deliver on what you say you will do. You hold your team to this standard, you don’t let details slip
- Data and business minded. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact. You can design, run and interpret experiments and A/B tests. You understand the impact of your work on the business and user growth.
- Strong background collaborating with multidisciplinary business, design and engineering teams to coordinate and lead the execution of the product vision and roadmap
- Good team player, positive attitude, excellent communication skills
- BA/BS preferred, not required
