We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

At Bot MD, we believe in building products that delight our clinical users. We are looking for a rockstar Clinical Product Associate to join our growing team to help us scale our Bot MD platform to reach more hospitals and clinics in Singapore. Bot MD uses our A.I. to power popular chat platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger to help hospitals and clinics automate patient workflows. Select customers include NUHS, KKH, TTSH, CGH and Parkway.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to onboard content for our hospital customers including the creation of clinical monitoring forms, training the Bot for patient education, adding hospital information (e.g. drug formulary, clinical guidelines, directory and rosters) into our Bot MD platforms. As a member of our core product team, you will tackle challenging issues of scale, reliability and content accuracy, while delivering a delightful and simple user experience to our global user base of doctors.

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding customer requirements for our Bot MD Care platform
- Helping to set up and test the Bot MD Care platform based on customer requirements
- Quality control to ensure requirements have been met
- Preparation of usage reports for clients, including ad-hoc data analysis and statistics
- Provide clinical and operational input on potential customers

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years clinical experience working closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals
- Team player and good communication skills (English is a must)
- Comfortable with spreadsheet tools like AirTable, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Detail oriented and strong analytical ability (e.g. you spot minute errors easily or are great at Finding Waldo)
- Great communication skills and a good team player
- Quick learner, able to pick up new productivity tools and workflows
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Nursing or other relevant clinical specialties
