
Strategy and Operations Associate, Partnerships

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, product strategy, or strategy consulting
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with stakeholder and project management (e.g., execution, multi-tasking, collaborating across various functions)
- Knowledge of business modeling, quantitative analysis, and SQL
- Ability to translate data and trends into strategy with compelling messaging, guide decision-making, and articulate business needs/solutions
- Ability to solve strategic and operational problems with a good degree of analytical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**About the job**:
Search, Geo, Commerce, and Ads Partnerships (SGCA) discusses and manages Partnerships for content, integrations, and commerce. These partnerships help build and differentiate Google’s products in several areas, including: Search, Assistant, Geo, Chrome/Web, Developer Products, as well as Ads and Commerce.
In this role, you will uncover insights and help drive strategic decisions related to growth, product opportunities, and operational efficiencies across the array of products and teams within the SGCA business.
You will work to understand business needs and formulate and complete various types of strategic/operational analyses on a daily basis. You will actively participate in initiatives related to product activities across the business and help democratize strategic insights, recommendations, and operational best practices across the SGCA organization.

We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support cross-functional product area efforts (e.g., elements of business planning, business reviews, cross-functional coordination) and the overall operational cadence of the team
- Conduct analyses and develop recommendations on future-looking initiatives and help drive through implementation
- Build dashboards and tooling to help uncover insights that help our teams identify new business opportunities and manage performance
- Create clear, simple, and persuasive narratives to inform and influence stakeholders
