**Position Overview**:
**Join the team and lead the change in Organisational Excellence and Innovation**

We are looking for a dynamic member to join our family as an Associate of Organisation Excellence to support the excellence initiatives within the organisation by enabling the effective operation of its organisational goals and plans. In addition, there will be exciting opportunities to collaborate with different departments to support their transformation and innovation initiatives, as the Centre embarks on its journey towards the development of a New Science Centre.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager of Organisation Excellence include the following duties:
**(A) Corporate Planning and Strategic Management**

1. Manage and support the planning, co-development, and documentation requirements for the following strategic and corporate planning areas:

- Annual corporate planning cycle and management events.
- Organisational performance data and market analysis and reporting.
- Strategic communication and coordination of corporate events.
- Organisation-wide Enterprise Risk management.
- Evaluation and Impact management.

**(B) Transformation and Innovation**

2. Coordinate transformation initiatives to enhance the organisation’s performance and growth.

3. Assist in the coordination of innovation related initiatives such as the management of innovation tools and engagement platforms to sustain innovative practices.

**Requirements**:

- Analytical skills in management of data analysis tools such as Qlik sense or similar tools.
- Experience in supporting innovation projects and workshops.
- Experience in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives.
- Passionate and has a strong drive for excellence and the desire to make a difference.
- Meticulous, resourceful and proactive with good managerial and organisational skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong skills in workshop customisation and facilitation.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively through written and oral skills.
- Adaptable to changes based on organisational needs and government policies.
