We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Trainers to join our team of Associate Trainers*.

As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver WSQ and on-WSQ programmes in the following subjects:

§  Service Excellence

§  Employability

§  Workplace effectiveness

§  Team effectiveness

§  Leadership

§  Mental wellness

§  Many others

· Conduct webinars for programme teasers

Key Requirements

· At least 3 years of proven track record in the training field and well-versed in the above mentioned subjects

· For Bilingual (English and Mandarin) trainers, we will need a B3 grade in O Level Chinese as a first language or at least a A2 grade in O Level Chinese as a second language

· Relevant working experience in any of the following industries:

§  Banking

§  Healthcare

§  Education

§  Retail

§  Logistics

§  Others

· Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) and/or /Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) or its equivalent.

· Excellent communication, interaction and facilitation skills.

· Pleasant and warm personality, with excellent ability to engage participants in the training programme.

· High degree of drive and passion for stand-up training.

· Ability to do contextualization work will be an added bonus.

* Please note that this is a project-based position and not a full-time trainer role.
