- We are looking for a Head of Pricing to join our company.
- In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers’ port calls as efficient and safe as possible.
- The Head of Pricing will report to Vice President, Commercial.
- Who you are:

- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an overall pricing strategy, including pricing schemes for the various product and services Port Services offers. Beside market knowledge, product portfolio and overall strategic focus, you will be responsible for pricing strategy for all larger tenders.
- What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the global pricing domain for all products/services/offers, including pricing strategy, pricing corridors and pricing governance.
- Be the ambassador for data-driven decision making and actively use data to understand how to move ahead.
- Developing and share the understanding of key purchase drivers and decisions makers across the target segments.
- Own the pricing strategy for all large global tender processes.

**Job Requirement**
- Required experience and skills:
- Degree or Master in Business, Finance or similar discipline.
- Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from top-tier management consulting company.
- Superior analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent structural and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to deliver results and go the extra mile when required to create superior results.
- Ability to run teams and navigate in a complex environment.
