**Job Description**:
- Supporting the ASEAN sales organization and its senior leaders to define and execute against their revenue velocity priorities
- Evangelizing and supporting sales/selling activities using a value selling and MEDDICC based methodology
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to identify gaps, develop programs, and executing against the defined deliverables
The goal of this role will be to help increase the productive capacity across ASEAN sales teams
**Responsibilities**:
Represent the Global Sales Enablement team in ASEAN including at GTM QBRs & leadership sessions
- Partner with sales leaders through active discussion to identify opportunities for closer alignment between GTM and enablement. Utilize current tooling to provide a targeted and data-driven approach to define the programs and training needed to optimize selling activities
- Plan and execute key skills training, including new hire fast start onboarding, excellence level training and online training
- Support and coach the sales team (including RDs and AEs) in executing the sales process at all stages in line with Zscaler best practices
- Build a trusted relationship with RDs and AEs and become the go-to-person for GTM activities and sales processes
- Become an all-around expert in our sales process, tools, methodologies, and solutions allowing you to actively participate in sales cycles supporting 3 Whys, POV Plans, Business Cases and Executive Presentations
- Embracing this continuous learning approach to search for a better and more effective way to build more effective and relevant enablement content
- Identify and propose areas for improvement across the GTM driving data driven innovation
- Ability to manage multiple enablement requests and projects at once and deliver on short timelines, including Support for the wider Enablement team in executing core company events such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Kick Off and Mid-Year Training

- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement with previous sales/sales support experience or a strong track record in a Sales or Sales Engineering with a proven history of success
- Strong Value Selling and MEDDICC, or comparable methodology/framework experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
- Bring a “field first” approach to sales enablement
- Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate & absorb information
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Highly innovative and analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Adaptable and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Highly proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with our counterparts in the region.
- Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
