Boomi Sales Enablement Lead - Asia-Pacific
The Sales Enablement Lead will be an in-region member of the Global Sales Enablement team and will work to ensure the regional sales team has a thorough understanding and mastery of Boomi’s platform messaging, core sales skills, our differentiators, sales plays, sales playbooks and our sales process. They will oversee, implement and communicate the sales training and business strategies in alignment with Boomi strategic priorities to ensure a best in class employee experience. The area of focus will include training programs that increase the skills, knowledge and behaviors of sales roles with a goal of positively impacting field results.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Work with the Global Sales Enablement team to learn, build, localize, and deliver world class sales training content, virtually, in-person, and in 1:1 sessions
- Partner with and act as a trusted advisor between regional sales leadership, marketing, product and other Boomi stakeholders
- Deliver compelling new hire onboarding workshops and training programs to sales teams
- Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
- Contribute to other ad-hoc enablement team projects and programs
Your Work Experience
- 5+ years experience supporting a sales team, ideally in a hyper-growth organization
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Engaging and effective at delivering in-person & online training, presentations, webinars, workshops and coaching sessions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with content management and learning management systems preferred
- Experience working in sales, sales enablement, or learning and development preferred
- Regional and some global travel required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
