**Job Scope**
- Perform quantity taking off and cost estimate of tender for new projects.
- Prepare tender & contract documents
- Prepare and assess contractors’ claims for progress claim and variation works
- Prepare contractual correspondences related to the project
- Sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers
- Attend project meeting
- Other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building equivalent.
- Min 3 Years of related working experience
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Able to work well under the pressure of deadlines
- Able to work independently and is a team player.
- Knowledge in statutory processing and various construction methods and techniques will be an added advantage
- Applicants with extensive experience will be considered for senior positions

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
