Roles & Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation of Risk products. The Implementation Specialist works closely with Clients during post-sales phase, to ensure clients are able to integrate and utilize World-check products optimally.

The Implementation Specialist works on global migration projects as required.

The key focus of the Implementation Specialist role is to ensure that clients subscribing to Risk products are implemented effectively and optimally:

Provide integration assistance to clients on Risk Products and provide support regarding the usage of World-Check Data content and configuration of World-Check One, World-Check Data File and World-Check One API.
- Review and advise on client business processes on their use of World-Check products.
- Document progress of client projects and deliverables.
- Executes on multiple customer implementation projects in parallel.
- Support Regional migration/s and Client rollout projects for Risk products.
- Updates client integration, planning, and time tracking systems to provide visibility to line management.
- Ability to travel to client sites when required.
- The role holders should be self-starters and work well independently having the ability to actively carry out research and investigative work using their own initiative.

**Domain Knowledge**
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience that demonstrates an understanding of AML and/or sanctions regulations.
- Understanding of risk intelligence datasets such as World-Check a definite advantage.
- Understands the key client business processes that involve the use of Risk Intelligence.
- Understanding of the types of Regulation and Legislation that necessitate and affect the use of AML screening.
**Technical knowledge**
- Microsoft Office Desktop product range.
- Data Analysis skills with working knowledge of Querying language (SQL, Excel)
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyse large amounts of data
- Working knowledge of data feeds and API’s preferred
