Business Coordinator - CB2 - NM Job Description

**Business Coordinator**
- Provide effective customer service covering all aspects of the business in a manner that is consistent with the standards set by Management.
- Support Business in achieving sales targets and goals
- Manage customer’s account
- End to end processing of customers sales order and/or other related orders/deliveries/billings
- Close coordination with sourcing country on purchase order/shipment status
- Liaison with the warehouse all orders are despatched and delivered timely.
- Answer customer queries relating to deliveries
- Complete all credit claims and billing adjustments in a timely manner
- Assist in the running and cross-referencing of Audit/Control reports from the SAP and RMDS systems.
- Maintain a high level of internal control in following order-processing procedures and ensure that all audit recommendations are adhered to.
- Provide support on daily running of office to Customer Service Representative from SG & Rep Offices
- Custodian of annual SG & Rep Offices Distributor and Sales agreement with proper filing
- Tracking of Non Paint item to ensure material movement form, business approval and filing are in placed
- Support SG & Rep offices in creating and uploading document into our and customer’s database
- Involved in system testing as and when required
- Receive and dispatch mail and deliveries/courier
- Manage and order stationery and pantry supplies
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on office maintenance/services related work
- Generate purchase orders for general items, finance, marketing & colour. IT & Sales Ad Hoc.
- Prepare x-entries for payment
- Prepare business letters and contracts.
- Filing of documents assisting with regular auditing.
- Customer/Vendor/Material Creation.
- Support operations as required
- Work on continuous improvement in the department
- Works effectively and with the team towards common goals.
- Works independently as required.
- Demonstrate and promote teamwork
- Conform to Axalta's values.
- Performs other duties as directed when required.
- Assist management in special projects as required

**Professional Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in handling business/sales support roles
- Good knowledge of commercial and other statutory requirements
- Should process excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent in analyse information and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and Ariba System
