**Roles & Responsibilities**
Full-time position
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is essential
- Ability to communicate with clients and handle enquiries
- Ability to work collaboratively with others. The role provides support to the sales team.
- Handling rejection / CN /DN
- Experience using SAP B1/ ERP system would be an advantage
You will also be required to:
- Arranging, managing and streamlining deliveries
- Prepare D/Os and arrange deliveries. Dispatch invoices.
- Managing supplies - including assisting in issuing POS and stock received, month-end and F-Year end stocktaking
- Provide support in other ad-hoc duties
