**The Opportunity**

Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President of capital Markets to spearhead capital raising initiatives across institutions, private banks, family offices, HNW clients, and distribution partners in Southeast Asia. You will play a key role in expanding assets under management and strengthening the firm’s presence in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, private banks, family offices, HNW clients, brokerage channels, asset managers, and placement agents across Southeast Asia.
- Formulate and implement capital raising strategies for the group’s funds.
- Lead product presentations with strong technical knowledge and handle client inquiries professionally.
- Ensure alignment with onshore, cross-border, and offshore regulations and market best practices.
- Consistently achieve and surpass AUM and revenue growth targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in business development and capital raising across the APAC region.
- In-depth knowledge of MAS regulations related to portfolio management, private equity, discretionary account management, corporate finance, legal, or compliance.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience in alternative assets such as private real estate, private credit, and PE funds is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
