**Responsibilities**
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets etc.
- Define the UI and interactions for new and existing features in the project
- Validate and iterate on design proposals based on quantitative and qualitative data from research.
- Drive design projects and collaborate with other UX designers, copywriters and researchers in a deadline-driven, team environment.
- Partner product owners, content designers, UX researchers and vendors (where applicable) to drive designs from initial concept to final implementation, including design grooming, creating low
- to high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping, and performing quality checks on implemented products across browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Facilitate conversations to help product owners clarify product intent and distil concepts into simple and intuitive experiences for the end users
- Work with an established Design Language System to ensure consistent and cohesive designs across products.
- Communicate design concepts and get buy-in on design solutions from stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in creating new products or improving existing products across Web, Android and iOS platforms.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of user centricity.
- A creative thinker with experience in UX definition and UI design.
- Experience with UX and design thinking.
- Prior experience in Adobe Experience Manager will be a plus.
- Familiar with CMS Management and UI prototyping tools i.e. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience in creating responsive web design from ground up using grid systems such as Bootstrap and public facing portals.
