About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design and enhance user experiences across our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual design, user empathy, and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces that align with both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals and interface requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and interactive components for consistency. Ensure all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with brand identity. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design or equivalent role. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and creative problem-solving. Familiarity with responsive design principles and front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a MUST . Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients). Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents may apply. No work visa or employment pass sponsorship will be provided for this position. Preferred Skills Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
