**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and nurture relationships with SME clients to understand and meet their financial needs and goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for SME clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and requests.
- Analyze clients' businesses, market trends, and financial situations to offer customized financial solutions.
- Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the SME sector through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Negotiate and structure loan agreements in line with policy and regulatory standards, focusing on risk management.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring adherence to terms and timely repayments while monitoring for potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and efficient loan processing.
- Advise SME clients on financial strategies for business growth, cash management, and effective capital use.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Proven experience in commercial banking or SME lending, with a strong background in relationship management and business development.
- A track record of managing SME loan portfolios, achieving financial targets, and implementing risk controls.
- Expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, loan structuring, and credit underwriting in the SME context.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing complex financial issues clearly and building strong client relationships.
- Strong network-building skills with a deep connection to the SME community and related stakeholders.
