**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The Specialty Seller is a client facing technical seller that represents Kyndryl’s pre-sales/sales Digital Workplace - Anything to do with Workplace optimization and Managing Mobility Devices. The DWS Specialty Seller is responsible f or preparing and delivering robust client oral presentations that reflect our competitiveness and value of the Digital Workplace Services.

**Role Description**:

- Works closely with Sales and Account teams selling directly to our clients and function as the technical interface for that engagement
- Actively participates in the client proposal / responses and contract negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
- Empathic listener with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Mitigates business and delivery risk
- Builds relationships with client technology leaders to demonstrate the benefits of Kyndryl technology and services
- Develops best practice and knowledge sharing techniques using blogposts, whitepapers, prototypes, proof of concepts, workshops, demos, and breakout sessions
- Identify opportunities to help customers move from traditional, labor-based management efforts that can't keep pace with the needs of the digital workforce to a hybrid approach that uses cognitive, analytics and AI technologies to drive continuous optimization and automation across the business.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience working with large scale enterprise-wide system to improve their workplace solutions
- 5+ years of experience in the computer industry with a broad knowledge of ITSM Tools, Collaboration Portfolio
- Good understanding of Partner Tools like Service Now, Vmware
- Certification Skills in Service Now, ITSM, Vmware will be an added advantage
Analyze cost effectiveness of client's current operating environment to identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives, and rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent customer relationship and customer presentation skills
- Infrastructure and cloud pre-sales experience, skillset to establish trust with clients and ability to influence key decision makers in the sales cycle
- Current or previous proven experience and hands-on as a successful business development leader
- Experienced, persuasive, and effective presenter, both written and verbal
