**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Human Resource (HR)**

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

2. Staff Training & Development

Coordinate training programmes and maintain records of staff development and certifications.

3. HR Administration

4. Policy & Compliance Support

Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure adherence to employment laws and organisational guidelines.

5. Staff Engagement & Welfare

Organise initiatives to boost staff morale, track feedback, and support internal communication and team bonding efforts.

**Programme (Camping & Outdoor Adventure)**

6. Plan & Coordinate Outdoor Programmes

Design and manage outdoor adventure and camp programmes from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.

7. Manage Event Logistics & Stakeholders

Oversee logistics such as transport, equipment, meals, and liaise with schools, vendors, and facilitators to ensure smooth event delivery.

8. Supervise On-Ground Team

Brief and lead facilitators, instructors, and volunteers to uphold programme quality and participant engagement.

9. Ensure Safety & Compliance

Conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and coordinate with relevant parties for high-risk activities.

10. Monitor, Evaluate & Report

Collect feedback, prepare post-programme reports, and recommend improvements for future runs.

Desirable Attributes & Qualifications

1. ITE, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

4. Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends and developments.

5. 2 - 3 years’ experience in relevant fields an advantage.

Expected Salary

$2,400 - $3,200
