A strategic, progressive and committed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional with the passion, creativity and strong corporate brand and sustainability skills to elevate the Bank’s reputation in corporate giving. - Serves as the lead for the Bank’s CSR Programme (UOB Heartbeat) to implement CSR strategy to maximise social impact and align our CSR pillars of Art, Children and Education to the broader Sustainability goals.
- Profile the group’s international presence and its community involvement through integrated media communications, creative content development and collateral across a range of prominent channels.
- Drive strong social impact with the leadership and design of group-wide CSR Programme that includes global / local events, fundraising, sponsorships, partnerships and community-based outreach.
- Deepen community engagement and build social inclusivity through corporate philanthropy, employee volunteerism and strategic partnerships, aligning to national agenda and corporate objectives.
- Lead in environmental sustainability programmes and communication plan to encourage green practices internally and externally (Supporting United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals).
- Establish a strong network of community partners, educational institutions and business partners to multiply the impact of corporate giving.
- Establish, manage and ensure robust tracking of CSR activities and metrics globally to measure progress and impact (Sustainability Reporting).
- Mentor and offer best-in-class practices to CSR colleagues across the Bank’s global network
- Ensure strong governance, with all CSR executions aligned to the policies and regulations

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with minimum 12 years of relevant experience in CSR, with a heart for the community
- Proven track record of managing large scale corporate events and driving CSR roadmap to contribute to Sustainability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to strengthen brand, employee and community engagement
- Strong skills in building successful corporate and community partnerships
- Excellent skills in content production (audio / visuals)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- A team player who collaborates well with global and regional CSR teams to demonstrate UOB as an exemplary corporate citizen
