**Roles & Responsibilities**
Associate - Admin
- To attend to phone enquiries
- Executive Assistant to Regional Head and Managing Director
- Manage Director’s calendars, appointments, meetings and Travel
- Upkeep of office and supporting various departments with other administrative tasks
- Assist in onboarding process of new employees via working with various departments including regional IT, Human resources, Finance etc
- Assist in various internal projects as undertaken by the company
- Ensure that documents records are sorted, prepared, scanned, indexed accurately
- Bank in the company chques,
- Ensure office supplies are maintained adequately
- Do various research on database and prepare reports and reaching out
- Collate Employees log hours and prepare various reports on daily and weekly basis
- Assist in internal and external trainings execution from end to end
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Well versed with MS office - Excel, Word, Teams etc
- Possess GCE ‘A’ Level/ Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is a must
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to identify and evaluate potential problems
- Be detail-orientated
- Willingness to undergo extensive training.
