Admin Support HR Executive

In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin (70%) & HR (30%) duties.
- Manage office administration
- Provide ad-hoc Admin/Sales support
- Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensations, etc)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
- Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
- Assist in calculating overtime hours.
- Able to work 1 Saturday ( half Day) Monthly
- Only Locals need to apply.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales support: 1 year (preferred)
- Human resources or similar: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
