Seeking an experienced leader to manage the growing Creative Partner Management team within APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Partner Managers with a focus on the creative partnership program development and solutions adoption across the organisation. This includes management of the current partnerships portfolio and acquisition of new partners in the region. Success in this position requires a passion for building teams, people management, partnership program leadership, acting as the key ambassador for the Creative ecosystem development and the ability to interface with various TikTok functions globally and across the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Player and Coach role: Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners across our TMP program, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Tiktok marketing partner products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.
- Provide consultative services to Tiktok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner enabled solutions/tools.
- Prospect and recruit new advertisers to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem.
- Develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication.
- Represent TikTok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- 8+ years of client-facing experience in advertising sales or partner management.
- 2+ years of people management experience across multiple geographies
- Collaboration and relationship building experience; developing working relationships at all levels of management, able to influence & communicate effectively both internally & externally
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Background within the advertising creative/management tech platforms, agencies or advertisers side.
- Experience defining, developing and leading projects.
- Experience with negotiating and dealing with agreements/contracts.
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Experience working as part of an international team.
- Strong product acumen
