**Creative Lead **to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- People management - Lead a regional team of high-performing creatives and agencies
- Quality first - Establish a high standard that elevates Qashier’s in-house creative department to match or surpasses the industry standards
- Alignment - Establish industry-leading best practices to support Qashier’s hypergrowth globally
- Skillsets - Provide creative guidance and inspiration to the broader marketing division. Ability to lead a project from conceptualisation to production independently
- Stakeholder management - An effective communicator and experience in putting together a campaign pitch for an executive audience
- Technical - Able to be hands-on when required. Mastery of creative software to provide guidance to team members. Up-to-date with the latest design requirements including Graphic and UI design, video production, 3d, animation and product packaging design
- Market-think - Thrive in a high-performance, number-driven work environment. Work closely with the marketers to deliver A-star quality campaigns
- Custodian of Qashier brand - Enhance Qashier brand identity that embodies the Qashier brand
- Resource management - Ownership to lead, appoint and manage third-party vendors and agencies to deliver best-in-class creative content
- Lead by example - Team player contributing to every stage of the creative process
- Stay current - Facilitate analysis of current trends and competitive sets and incorporate current trends into campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Degree in the relevant creative field. Portfolio submission is expected.
- Proficiency with design and production software.
- People management is expected.
- Strong English communication skill is a must.
- Thai language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Team player with a growth mindset.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
- Open to relocating to Singapore for employment is a bonus.
