Manager, Digital Innovation

We are looking for a passionate and professional Manager to join our Digital Innovation team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Manager, the Senior Executive Officer will work on team projects and individual projects. The incumbent will drive innovation and adoption as well as support business initiatives from internal stakeholders by making data-driven decisions through research and appreciation of the latest and upcoming technologies.

**What You'll Do**
- You will manage the development budget for digital projects
- You will perform competitive scan and benchmarking against similar industries
- You will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to translate business requirements to functional specifications and assist in coordinating prioritization of business requirements throughout the solution development lifecycle
- You will assess and prioritize requests from stakeholders based on business value and feasibility, support them by value-adding to user requirements and work closely with technology teams and stakeholders on requirements clarifications, solutioning and release management
- You will coordinate the cross-functional team members and activities for business work streams and maintain frequent communications and updates to team members and stakeholders
- You will prepare comprehensive test scripts for the new modules to be tested, conduct and guide stakeholders during user acceptance test for new modules on various platforms to ensure expected results demonstrate the business condition and cross-browser and device compatibility
- You will support business initiatives from stakeholders by making data-driven decisions to ensure value of enhancement to the customer
- You will research and explore new technologies that may improve efficiency and usability of digital channels

**Who You Are**
- You should have a Degree in Digital Innovation or any IT-related degree
- You need at least 5 years of working experience in managing digital projects or platforms, team management, project management (SDLC and agile) and developing user stories in JIRA, business analysis and managing user testing
- You should have strong understanding of digital technologies and technical implementation
- You should have strong interest in emerging or new digital trends and technologies
- You should have expertise in technical domain knowledge and good understanding of underlying business processes and systems
- You should have strong communication, presentation, analytical skills, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills and proactively driving actions that meet business objectives
- You will need good stakeholder management skills
- You should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and of web or data analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Qliksense)
- You should be competent in agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, KanBan)
- You should be a self-motivated and disciplined individual
- You should have an eye for details
