We are seeking a dynamic and keen to learn Digital Marketing Manager with some experience in one or more of digital marketing areas - social media, SEO or performance marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:Guiding and counselling clients with strategic campaign advice and recommendations to boost brand performance and achieve business outcomes. Handling contract renewals and negotiating terms to maintain and extend client partnerships.
- **Social Media Strategy**:Generating and implementing targeted social media campaigns and creative content for brands on various platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok. Preferably able to create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Content may include graphics, videos, blog posts, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
- **Performance Analysis**:Track and analyse key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement, and drive results.
- **Industry Research**:Stay up-to-date on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably an agency or startup
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
