**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to push the limits of what we can do with Data and Programmatic. This person will work closely with our Marketing Lead to develop and deliver transformational and innovative media strategies that make the most of 1st and 3rd party data sources. You should already have solid experience with:
- Paid Media and Programmatic (mandatory)
- Data Brokers, DMPs and Customer Data Platforms (plus)
- Web Analytics (plus)
In terms of Paid Media & Programmatic, we are looking for some hands-on experience on RTB, SSP, and DSP platforms. Some of the tools that you should be familiar with are:
- Display & Video 360 (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Search Ads 360 (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Google Ads (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Google Analytics (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Google Data Studio (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Google Tag Manager (mandatory, hands-on-experience)
- Have hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms
- Google Optimize (plus)
- Outbrain (plus)
- Taboola (plus)
- Criteo (plus)
- Xaxis (plus)
- Linkedin (plus)
- Facebook/Instagram (plus)
- Twitter (plus)
- Tik Tok (plus)
You will also help to create new processes and train the internal team, and you will count with additional help from these team members to setup campaigns and deliver the right performance.
You will be assigned to specific accounts and you’ll be tasked to design effective solutions and marketing plans and to find the best ways to reach a client’s KPIs via digital channels.
Please, note that this is a full-time position. So if you can commit 40 hours/week and live anywhere in Singapore, you are eligible for it.

**Requirements**:
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Technology or relevant field.
- Knowledge and understanding of programmatic advertising and ad tech.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Advertising and Programmatic.
- Preferred experience working as Programmatic Trader in Programmatic and Media buys departments in Digital Agencies.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in APAC countries.
- Goal-minded and strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**
Paid Media & Programmatic campaigns:
- Creating Media Strategies and Plans* for clients leveraging the latest in Programmatic solutions and 3rd party Data sources
- Supervising the setup
- Supervising the optimisations
- Supervising the reporting
- Helping the Account Managers to handle clients relationships and communications
Programmatic Subject Matter Expert:
- Be informed on the trends and updates on the tools we use
- Help to inform and train the overall team
- Help to build and maintain the tools licenses, processes and templates
- Help to create and update the list of services, prices, and costs.
- Note: Proposals creation implies the following deliverables:
- Plan/proposal in PPT/ Google Presentations
- Media Plan/estimations in Excel/Google Sheets
- Keyword research
- Specifications to PM/AM/Content/Creative/Dev teams
