**Digital Marketing Specialist / Strategist**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist/Strategist in Zero1, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team. The role is based in our office in Singapore. You will work closely with key stakeholders & other teams in the Company to support the growth of Zero1.

You will:

- Provide strategic thinking about how each digital channel brings across an idea & evokes emotions, which will attract new users & increase engagement
- Craft & audit online brand channels regularly for consistency and performance
- Ensure that all Zero1 brand image on digital and social media platforms and marketing collaterals are correct, precise & accurate. You will be involved in public-facing materials according to Company guidelines. Projects will include service launches, sponsorships & events
- Develop a comprehensive digital plan, with web competitor analysis, audience personalisation, and customer engagement, based on research and analysis, to better the end-user experience, increase online traffic and drive conversions
- Manage all Zero1’s websites and their Search Engine Optimisation to ensure high keyword rankings with the end goal of driving more conversions
- Devise Search Engine Marketing strategies and manage SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
- Formulate and generate monthly digital performance reports
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Product Management & Customer Service teams to generate and optimise digital content that will improve conversion rates
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, industry conversations, and the pulse of the community. Understand what drives Zero1 audiences & why should they care about what we have to offer

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proficient in SEO and SEM tools
- Must be able to demonstrate skills on-site and present a personal work portfolio
- Ability to turn complex ideas into successful online campaigns that can drive substantial engagements & conversions
- Deep passion for developing a sound online campaign strategy
- Proficiency in user experience and front-end development tools
- Proactive in a team & able to work independently without supervision
- Prior experience in telecommunications & related industries will have an added advantage

Having the following knowledge will be advantageous:

- In-depth knowledge of generating online organic and paid content
- First-hand working experience with websites, online ads, SEO & SEM copywriting
