**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Together with Digital Wealth lead, implement strategies and roadmap to build a differentiated innovative digital wealth management solution to meet the bank’s business vision.
As product owner for the digital solutions, define the user requirements and contribute to the development of solutions, manage the implementation of initiatives and campaigns. This includes ensuring that delivery is within timeline and cost and in line with business expectations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement digital wealth roadmap and product backlog.
- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle from designing customer journey, creating business requirements, User Acceptance Testing, change management to training and success measurement.
- Partner with technology teams and business units to deliver project within scope, timeline and budget.
- Communicate clearly on project status, risks and issues.
- Manage product pre and post implementation activities and issues.
- Conduct market studies and research to identify gaps in the bank’s digital wealth offerings and aid in development of new project concept.
- Support Digital Wealth lead to develop ideas to shape overall product vision and roadmap.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Banking/Finance, Business or Business IT or other degrees such as engineering or computing with relevant experience
- Possess university degree and 5-10 years of relevant work experience in payments, banking and/or financial institutions
- Familiar with digital and mobile technologies development and trends
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking business and products, especially in digital channels and recommender systems preferred
- Proven experience in online/mobile banking product development and project management
- Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis and managing user testing
- Understanding on design of open APIs
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
- Ability to inspire teammates towards completion of a specific project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
