**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Senior IT Manager**to lead our IT function and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the organization. This leadership role requires a forward-thinking individual who can align IT strategies with business goals, optimize operations, and spearhead innovation to support sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead IT Strategy & Transformation**
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- **Oversee IT Operations**
- **Team Leadership**
Mentor and lead a high-performing IT team. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- **Project & Portfolio Management**
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles using methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Governance & Security**
Establish IT policies, standards, and frameworks. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations (e.g., ISO, PDPA).
- **Innovation & Digital Enablement**
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern solutions including automation, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
Work closely with department heads to identify technology needs and deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.
- **Vendor & Budget Management**
Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of services and technology assets.
- **Performance Monitoring**
Track key IT performance metrics, provide reports to senior management, and recommend improvements for service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **5-8 years**of IT leadership experience with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in managing and motivating IT teams to deliver consistent results.
- Expertise in project management and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Solid budgeting, vendor management, and resource allocation capabilities.
