- Other- Assess and evaluate grant-related documents, verifying claims for accuracy and adherence to grant agreements. Guide the team to investigate and resolve service providers concerns and queries.
- Examine budget utilisation and ensure no outstanding claims upon funding expiry
- Accountable to the management and stakeholders of the relevant performance and status of the various grant schemes and formulate action plans to address pertinent issues
- Establish grant principles, processes and SOPs
- Lead the team on budgeting process and year end accrual for on-boarded grant schemes
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Exposure in grant operation management in the public sector or private sector in health or social care industry a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to lead teams to deliver results
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity
- Analytical with aptitude for problem-solving, and able to address concurrent demands from operational requirements and policy considerations
