- Other- Partner Sector Divisions in the management of grants to ensure adequate governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design** **to closure.
- Attend Sector Divisions’ enquiries relating to grant management processes
- Review processes, develop and implement improvements to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency (e.g. through Robotic Process Automation and/or other analytical tools)
- Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports
- Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives
- Assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Manage ad hoc projects or roles assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in audit and financial compliance or grant management / compliance related work
- Highly analytical and with good problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and resilient, who can embrace the challenges in handling ambiguity and dynamic changes
- A team player who is able work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, R, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage
