**The Responsibilities**:

- As a part of the leadership team and supported by extremely qualified and knowledgeable about colleagues, you will lead the Advanced Development & Innovation department, unendingly develop the core perform as a world unit, and any enhance the innovation pipeline of the Company's group
- You'll determine semipermanent innovation opportunities and form the direction of the Company's technology portfolio

**The Requirements**:

- You have a degree (Master or PhD) within side the area of Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or comparable
