** Job Description**:
The individual sits on the Vision Care Singapore Team and is responsible for covering the assigned territories in Singapore. The individual is expected to meet sales goals through the implementation of sales strategies and activities. In addition, the role will work closely with the Vision Care Singapore Team in business planning, launching new products and devising solutions to meet healthcare needs of the patients. CDE promotes registered J&J products within registered indications in order to increase J&J products access in collaboration with other functions. This takes place through detailing J&J products value in order to serve more eligible patients.
This job is field-based role which is eligible for sales incentives/sales commission.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maximize Patient share of assigned products through Understanding the patient pathway, making sure sales are maximized and all sales processes are done respecting J&J compliance, Quality guidelines and local laws
- Ensuring Execution excellence.
- Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products and competitors
- Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers.
- Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
- Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
- Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Provides input to sales forecast.
- Relays relevant market information to management.
- Identifies potential impacts to business.
- Participates in the development of effective distribution and inventory system and procedures to service major accounts
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above
- Experience in Eye Health, Pharm business and exposure in a FMCG environment will be an advantage
- Possesses the skills to work both independently and as part of a team, good teamwork spirit
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Demonstrate resilience in a competitive environment
- Good interpersonal skill and strong analytical skills
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing environment
