**Senior Operation Manager**
The Senior Operations Manager will report to the Company Director and will undergo with supervision from the director in the daily operations of the company which include reviewing of business processes, financial budgeting, monitoring progress of projects and deployment of resources, uncovering ways to automate business processes and other related activities.
Equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. He/She is a proactive individual with a methodical mindset, enabling him/her to address complex issues in a challenging business environment.
- Manage the end-to-end operation process and review business processes to identify areas for improvement and come up with solutions.
- Coordinate to Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Provide operational leadership and oversee team activities
- Involve in improving operational management systems, processes, best practices and compliance with policies
- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Assist to Achieve company operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change
- Uncover ways to automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost of business operations.
- Evaluate organization’s financial performance and needs to come up with proper budgeting plans to ensure continual business growth.
- Evaluate suppliers list based on their product, cost and efficiency. Maintain good relationship with dependable suppliers.
- Ensure compliance of SOPs of selling standards, customer service quality and attitudes, grooming matters and adherence to all established operational policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the manpower planning, budgeting and staffing for operation, ensuring that the Total Payroll cost vs Revenue are within budgeted % for the company under his /her purview.
- Oversee all incident reports and ensure the recommendations and action plans are followed through promptly.
- Reviewing sales reports on a regular basis to identify opportunities for inventory turnover or markdowns.
- Needs to Accomplish Companies human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; and enforcing policies and procedures.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or) Business Management (or) Any degree or Equivalent
- **Experience: Minimum 4yrs - 6yrs in a similar role**
**- **Strong operational and business development skill.
**- **Good knowledge of economic trends
**- **Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
