As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis. You will have access to the firm's resources and Know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.

**Main purpose of the role**:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for an junior to mid level financial services regulatory consultant to support one of the firms key clients for an assignment lasting 3-6 months.

This role will involve supporting this client with SMR related tasks and responsibilities. The consultant will assist with regulatory submissions, identify and remediate process gaps and support the wider team both in London and Singapore with SMR tasks.

The role can be based out of the clients Singapore office, operating on a flexible hybrid working model.

**Person specification**:

- You are a qualified solicitor, with training from a top tier practice.
- You will have previous financial services regulatory experience.
- You have SMR experience is highly desired.
- We expect this assignment to suit a lawyer 2-6yrs PQE but welcome applicants of all PQE levels.
- You are collaborative and have excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
- You have a high degree of client service orientation and responsiveness.
- You are able to work effectively as part of a multi-jurisdictional team.
- You must have the relevant working rights/ visa for Singapore.
