Legal Consultant – Financial Services (Derivatives/ISDA)Join us at Axiom as a Legal Consultant focusing on derivatives and ISDA documentation for Fortune 500 clients in Singapore. Minimum Qualifications Legal professional with 4‐8+ years of practice in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks. Specialization in power and carbon emissions trading is preferred. Comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation. Responsibilities Lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA, etc.) ensuring precise and accurate documentation. Provide expertise on financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on power and carbon emissions trading. Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations and collaborate with internal departments to streamline the process. Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, counterparties, and other stakeholders.
