Currently, we're hiring **Data Privacy Legal Consultants **to join us with: - Singapore or Common Law qualified lawyer, with minimum 10 PQE - Bahasa Indonesia or Malayu skills to review contracts in Bahasa Indonesia language - CIPP Certification - Minimum 6 years in Legal & Data protection - Most importantly, has strong experience supporting Technology/Software contracts (would like someone who can work with little/no guidance) - Ideally, with general knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector - Strong collaborations skills with the ability to manage business stakeholders - Independent and can hit the ground running - Meticulous and detailed oriented **The responsibilities for this role will include**: - Drafting and reviewing of License Agreements, Software/Solution implementation and Support Agreements, Solution Provider Agreements - Experience and strong knowledge of Data Privacy in SEA is essential, to review and draft Vendor Agreements (Services, Consultancy, IT) - General Commercial Support to the Legal team, overseeing SEA and Pakistan Axiom is a leader in diversity, inclusion, and social engagement.
