Singapore TPM Outdoor Productions Pte Ltd Full time

I. Key Role
This role will be involved in the creation and execution of impactful Out-Of-Home Advertising displays in the Group footprint in Singapore and the region.

II. Job Description

Business development
- Identify highly impactful locations suitable to be developed into Out-Of-Home Advertising displays.
- Initiate contact and build relationship with building managements.
- Prepare business proposals and obtain buy-ins from internal and external stakeholders.
- Capture all agreed upon business propositions in Memorandum of Understanding, License Agreements or Letters of Intent for final approval by stakeholders.
- Perform all contract administration, follow up and documentation works pertaining to the above.
- Manage the work flow and administration aspects of the operations team to ensure completion of installation and maintenance works in accordance to timeline and within budget.
- Other ad-hoc assignments delegated by the Senior Management.
- Stay constantly updated on Outdoor Advertising regulations and technologies.

III. Job Specifications
- Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates with a passion to develop a career in the Out-Of-Home industry are welcome to apply.
- Possess a pleasant disposition coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicative via mobile and comfortable with using online tools such as social media.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, cross functional and cross cultural work environment.
- Willing to travel for meetings and surveys and go the extra mile to ensure business objectives are met.

- External contractors such as MEWP providers, rope access personnel etc.
- Legal professionals.
- BCA, URA and other relevant authorities.
