We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead our team and help us achieve our vision.

**The Opportunity**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and vision.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, industry partners, and clients.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the platform, ensuring its compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive the growth and expansion of the platform, including identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that budgets are adhered to.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public engagements, serving as a thought leader and advocate for carbon credit retail trading and sustainable finance.
- Ensure that the company's operations are conducted in an ethical and socially responsible manner, consistent with our commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree equivalent or higher is preferred.
- A professional license/designation as a registered Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in energy, finance, with a focus on sustainability, low carbon projects and carbon markets. A minimum of 5 years experience in engineering.
- Experience in leading Research and Development for a bioenergy with carbon capture and storage company and/or other forms of engineered carbon removal projects.
- Experience in leading financial technology start ups in the carbon markets, negotiating on financing for early stage nature based carbon projects
- Proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams and delivering successful results.
- Strong understanding of carbon credit markets, regulations, and the broader sustainability landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in start-up environments, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing landscape.
- A passion for sustainability and a commitment to addressing climate change through innovative financial solutions.

**Package**

**Salary**:Attractive remuneration package depending on experience level.

**Working hours**:Full-time position, standard Singapore working hours Monday to Friday (may require some flexibility due to international clients)
