Senior Marketing Manager - Singapore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing activities in Southeast Asia and Greater China.

This role requires a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances of Southeast Asia and Greater China. Experience in the Contact Center and CX industry and SaaS marketing is highly desirable.

What You Can Bring to Genesys

Strategy and General Requirements:
- Establish the marketing strategy and priorities for Southeast Asia and Greater China in collaboration with sales, corporate, and the global marketing team.- Define go-to-market strategies for countries, verticals, and solutions.- Advocate for sales and marketing alignment and ensure corporate support for regional marketing plans.- Ensure messaging and branding consistency with global marketing efforts.- Track and report progress, inbound response rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Field Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Develop and direct content for regional events, partner forums/conferences, webinars, and other online activities.- Collaborate with channel marketing to drive revenue and market share growth through strategic partner engagement and co-marketing efforts.- Work with digital demand generation teams to implement effective tools, digital marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.- Execute high-impact digital and field programs to achieve regional lead targets.- Optimize budget allocation for lead generation.- Represent the company as a speaker at regional speaking engagements and events.- Collaborate with customer marketing to create programs for cross-selling and deeper customer penetration.- Foster customer relationships and assist in developing customer case studies to support regional marketing activities.- Collaborate with the senior manager of lead development to meet regional lead quotas.- Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.

You’ve been there and done this- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within an enterprise software company, with experience in software, telecommunications/communications, CRM, and/or contact center industries.- Strong understanding of marketing trends and ability to creatively implement them at a regional level.- Proven experience in a similar role in Southeast Asia and Greater China.- Proficiency in using a wide range of sales and marketing tools, such as Eloqua, Taxi, Tableau, WordPress, etc.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital/eCommerce.- Demonstrated success working in a multicultural environment.- Strong team player with a desire to work in a high-performing team.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.- Track record of meeting aggressive timelines and managing multiple priorities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
