This is a dynamic, high ownership role for someone who thrives on both big picture strategy and on the ground execution. You’ll collaborate closely with teams regionally, shaping campaigns that elevate brand presence, generate demand, and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. Work across multiple teams to bring campaigns to life — from concept to delivery. Lead campaign planning, content creation, and digital initiatives with support from junior team members. Partner with cross-functional teams (Project, Product, Sales, and Design) to align marketing activities with business objectives. Manage and optimize social, digital, and regional marketing channels for maximum ROI. Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Act as a key driver of collaboration, innovation, and consistency across markets. About You 6–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or tech environment. Proven ability to develop strategy and execute, you’re equally comfortable building plans and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen. Strong regional exposure (APAC) and experience managing multi-market campaigns. Confident collaborator who enjoys working with diverse teams. Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely at times. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. *Please note this is not a leadership role.
