Talent Engagement Manager

**_This is s a permanent role based in Genting Centre, Tanjong Pagar._**
**Responsibilities**
- Build strong university relations and external workforce agencies: identify and develop strong relationships with relevant institutions, agencies and student organizations/campuses to enhance our employer brand
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and internal business stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies focused on early career talent.
- Take a data-driven approach: measure and track the success of your program events and activities, and proactively share with key stakeholders.
- Drive employer branding and develop talent engagement platforms
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Campus recruiting or program experience.
- Basic graphic design and/or video production experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Highly organised, with strong project management and planning skills.
- Ability to analyse data (survey responses, participation rates, production costs) to influence outcomes and provide insights on initiatives or campaigns.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, team-player and multi-tasker, matched with the ability to get stuff done independently and autonomously at a high quality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
