We are actively seeking talented **BIM Modellers** with hands-on experience in **Singapore-based projects** to join our dynamic team. Whether your background is in **Architecture, Structural, MEP, Electrical, or M&E**, we want to hear from you.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop accurate and coordinated BIM models aligned with Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM tools.
- Develop discipline-specific models in any of the following (Architecture / Structure / MEP / Electrical / M&E) based on project requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate and coordinate multi-discipline models.
- Participate in model review, clash detection, and resolution using platforms such as **Navisworks** or **BIM 360**.
- Produce construction documentation, shop drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
- Maintain BIM documentation and version control in line with project workflows.
- Support BIM implementation strategy and adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-5 years of relevant BIM Modelling experience**.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
