Senior Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Prepare external work (C&S) BP drawings (in CAD) from information of various trades such as Architect (DC) and M&E information (utilities) and subcontractors. (Eg: linkway, drain, road contractors)
• Liaise with various government agency such as PUB, LTA and NParks on external works requirement and WD.
• Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulation.
• Compile drawings, documents and WD reply for government agency submission.
• Attend authority inspection such as CSC inspection.
• Lead a team of drafters to obtain timely approval for external works (C&S) for relevant authority.

Requirements:

• Proficient in AUTOCAD
• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architectural or Structural background and qualities
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Consultancy Firm involved in C&S and Infrastructural projects in desired
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
• Knowledge in Revit BIM model / Civil 3D software with relevant training certificate is advantageous
