**Job Title: BIM Modeller (Entry Level)**

**Job description**
- Earn as You Learn (Gain the skills to be a BIM Modeller and get paid for it)
- Join MAJOR PROJECTS without the fear of rejection (We will source suitable projects based on your training received).
- Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently.
- Able to generate required information from the BIM software.
- Liaise & Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.
- Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements.

- Creation of models and drawings in support of Permitting and Construction that are completed in accordance with timelines, quality, and cost objectives.

**Education**:
Qualified Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
