As the Post Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the post-production process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality video content that aligns with our commitment to strategic storytelling. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Lead and inspire post-production professionals for a collaborative work environment. - Provide guidance and mentorship to foster skill development and career growth. - Manage post-production workflow for efficient and timely project delivery. - Collaborate with departments to understand project requirements and meet client expectations. - Ensure highest quality in all post-production deliverables for creative excellence. - Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in post-production techniques. - Work closely with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback. - Encourage and implement innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and visual aesthetics in video content. **Skills & Abilities**: Experience anda portfolio reel showcasing the following: - Proven leadership in video post-production (Offline and Online) - Proficiency in industry-standard software (Premier Pro, After Effects) - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling. - __________________________ A job/career with us, is not just about getting work done or being the best.
