In support of the RSK Group vision, the RSK Centre for Sustainability Excellence aims to be a world leading centre for sustainability excellence that develops and delivers solutions to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Net Zero and global challenges faced around the world.

The Centre is committed to investing in Singapore as a regional hub to support the growing demand for sustainability services in the region. Focused on four applied business strands covering Carbon Accounting, Digital Water, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Agriculture, underpinned by innovation, research & development, the Centre will support Singapore in delivering the Singapore Green Plan 2030 and contribute to positioning the Republic in the global market for sustainability services in addition to building expertise and reputation for RSK Group in the Asia Pacific region.

We are looking for a passionate individual to lead the digital water business strand of the Centre. The role will involve creating new digital capabilities to support the water businesses globally as well as provide high-quality consultancy advice to clients on their own digital transformation. You will provide technical guidance to the project teams, act as the main point of contact for the clients and promote our services to drive new business growth. You will be experienced in driving ideas from conception to adoption. In addition, you will also be expected to facilitate workshops, write business cases, support strategic bids and prepare materials to assist with the adoption of new digital capabilities.

We are looking for someone who is highly driven, an engaging sales leader and work winner, who is aligned with our business vision and values. As a member of the Centre’s management team, you will be comfortable working at both operational and strategic levels, a visible leader who is capable of engaging internal and external stakeholders. You will hold overall responsibility for the achievement of targets including those related to carbon accounting, social value and the traditional financial targets of revenue generation, margin, costs and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a “digital water” environment, leveraging business intelligence and analytic tools as part of an overall digitalization strategy.
- Maintains a sound understanding of the pace and direction of digital transformation in the utilities sector and position the Centre as an industry leader.
- Digital partner & product commercial management
- User research gathering and needs identification working externally with clients and internally with product/service owners
- Input into Centre for Sustainability Strategic Plans and Business Plans
- Input into the Dev Roadmap for Products and services to achieve the Strategic and Financial Objectives
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Continue to build the talent and capability of the Digital Water Department to deliver leading services for our clients
- Ensure excellent quality in delivery to the agreed cost and time targets
- Influence and input into the continuing development of innovative and unique approaches that give a differentiated and exclusive position to RSK Group
- Work closely with the Centre’s other business units, marketing team and RSK Group businesses, particularly the carbon and sustainability teams, to design and deliver the portfolio of work in accordance with RSK’s strategic plan.
- Represent the Centre in key events and other fora, building relationships with businesses, investors, governments, NGOs and academia, increasing our external profile and reputation.

- Cross selling of digital opportunities within RSK Group
- Supporting the Head of the Centre for Sustainability Excellence to help grow and develop the Digital Water Department from both technical and business development standpoints
- The role will be required to support the direct management of Project Managers, Data Scientists, Analysts and Software Developers whom in turn with be managing a team of similar disciplines (permanent and supply chain)
- Close relationships with the Head of the Centre for Sustainability Excellence and the team will be essential for the successful growth of the business function
