JR62664 Global Quality Program Manager

Do you want to be an agent of change?

In your role as a Project Manager within the Global Quality (GQ) Department, you will collaborate with the leadership team to oversee various projects. This includes managing communication and implementing change. Your responsibilities encompass the management of multiple intricate projects with the aim of achieving the department’s objectives and goals. This also involves ensuring that resources are allocated in a balanced manner. You will be tasked with ensuring that projects are accurately designed and tracked to forecast results and outcomes. Additionally, you will analyze the progress of projects in terms of root causes, risks, resources, interdependencies, and gaps.

**Your key responsibilities include (and not limited to)**
- Leading or assisting GQ centric and/or cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with supervisor, SME, functional managers within GQ and partner organizations within Micron and ensuring they progress in line with GQ’s strategic objectives.
- Provide meaningful and timely progress updates to key stakeholders including supervisor, leadership teams, and project teams.
- Building robust relationships with internal stakeholders and consistently meeting their needs and expectations by delivering value.

**Skills and Experience**:
We are looking for hardworking and highly motivated team member with
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in the role of a Project Manager. Having a growth mindset and possessing project management skills are essential for this role.
- Professional experience in the Semiconductor Industry, specifically in Fab, Assembly and Test manufacturing processes or with NAND, DRAM, SSD or Module products experience.(required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau or other software for data reporting, management, and visualization.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering. (required)
- Business Administration/Management, PMP certified. (desired)
